Andrew is a chartered accountant, certified management accountant, internal auditor and JSE qualified executive who started his professional career in 1989 with Grant Thornton International.
Andrew entered the corporate finance industry in 1994 by joining Deloitte &Touche Corporate Finance. In 1996 he joined Merrill Lynch Corporate Finance, and was part of the team that founded Labyrinth Corporate Finance during 1997. He was intimately involved in a number of JSE listings during the bull market of the late 90’s, and also has substantial transaction experience in the resources, food- and leisure industries. Andrew serves on the boards of a number of public companies.
Andrew resigned his position with Labyrinth in 1998 in order to co-found the River Group. He has since been involved in a
number of successful cross-border restructurings and resources transactions in Canada, the Central African Republic, Angola, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and South Africa.
Andrew is an Approved Executive of the JSE, shares the responsibility for the JSE Sponsor business and works out of the South African and European Offices.

Estine is a commercial lawyer who specialised in Corporate Law at a South African Law firm for three years. She read for and completed her LMM (Cum Laude) in Corporate Law in 2004 and joined River Group in November 2004 in the Corporate Sponsor and Designated Advisor division.
Estine is an Approved Executive of the JSE and shares responsibility for the JSE Sponsor business.

George Georgoulakis – george@rivergroup.ca
George (BComm), worked as a legal assistant for four years during his studies before joining River Group in 2016. He has successfully completed his post graduate qualification, in Business Analytics, Financial Accounting and Economics from Harvard Business School and has in depth and practical knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency and Defi technology.
George is an Approved Executive of the JSE and shares responsibility for the JSE Sponsor business and works out of the South African office
